This is one of our oak trees in our backyard right now. We planted it almost 11 years ago and it was just a tiny thing. There is so much we will miss around here when we move because we built the house with everything we liked. Of course, we didn't know we would have so many children in this house or did we intend to be here as long as we have but we have enjoyed it and it has been a blessing!

What a great memory to have! We plant a tree at every house we buy...can't since this is a rental and it's killing us! LOL!
Wow. It is so beautiful. I know that must be hard to leave though. We (or actually my parents) plant trees for every grandchild born. We have a forest across the street now.
Your pic makes me miss the large trees that were here when we moved in. Unfortunately, we took them down and planted some new ones that are just taking too long to grow!
