Back to School Bash

Yesterday, we had a "Back to School Bash" with our homeschooling group. Even though some of us homeschool year around or have a schedule like the school systems, we still use this time when other schools get started to start our field trips. I took July off from scheduling field trips to give myself and everyone else a break. Thought it would be fun to start it off with some fun, pizza, and cupcakes. Not to mention it is very HOT here during this time of the year and I only have 5 1/2 weeks to go to my due date so I wanted an inside activity:)
We meet at God's Children Fun Center (owned by one of our homeschooling families) who gave us a good rate for our families to come and jump. They offered a special lunch at a reasonable price that included 2 slices of pizza, soft drink, and ice cream. Since it was like a party, my friends , Candi and Tiany, made cupcakes for everyone to enjoy too.

Emma decided she was going to clean. She got her a wipe out of the diaper bag and started wiping the inflatables and the benches in the party room. She likes to clean:)Cameron pouting Mrs. Starr, one of the moms, playingWaiting in line Candi with 4 out of 5 of her children on the floor. Man, Miriam looks tired. We had a lot of fun. There were around 20 adults and 57 children there which represented 15 families all together. It was a lot of fun. They were able to let loose of A LOT of energy and have a fun lunch as well.

Looking forward to the next field trip in September!
