Pretty decoration!! My sister just moved to New Orleans with her husband (he in the Coast Guard). She told me there has been lots of rain and thunder storms!! The rain here is much different - a steady cold rain with small drops and heavy grey skies that last for many days at a time!! So we probably get fewer inches than you but it lastes all winter long - with very little sunshine :0)
