365 - 365

2x3-365-project

After much thinking, I am saddened to say that I will not be participating in The 365 Project 2010.  We are going to have much going on around here in 2010 that I do not want to commit to something that I may not be able to finish.  I successfully completed The Project for 2009 for which I am thankful.

We are will be starting soon on a large addition on our house (hoping to break ground in January) as we prepare for my MIL to come live with us.  We are looking at contracting out the work ourselves instead of hiring a contractor in order to save money so that we can get everything done that we want to do.  We’re getting the final drawings and starting to get bids.  Plus, his mom will be moving in once it is done which will change things around here.  Since I don’t know how all of this is going to play out, I decided not to participate.  I hope that those of you who I have met through this project will continue to visit and comment on my blog.  Looking forward to seeing your work for 2010.

If there are any out there who want to participate, go here for more information.

Adorable photo of your daughter. I'll miss you, but I'll read. The addition sounds like fun. We have one, it was in the plan when we built this house.

SO far it has been great for visitors, and knock on wood healthy parents so far.

May our God give you much patience as you begin this process, Amy. I will be praying for you as you go through these changes.
Remember, in the end, it is ALL for your own good. We know because God promised this to us.
