Fun at the Park

Last week, some families from Bayou Cajun Homeschoolers met at Forest Community Park to play and picnic.  This was a nice little park that had recently been renovated.  There was a new playground area and a splash pad area for the kids to play.  I always enjoy getting to spend time with my friends, Candi and Allison along with the others who came, too.

Here’s Asa swinging!  He enjoyed this the most.

He was so tired from missing his morning nap that he fell asleep in the swing.

I love Gabbi.  She loves to help out with the little ones where ever we go.  Here she is taking care of little Isaac.  Thanks Allison for loaning me your daughter.  I really need to adopt her;)

It was a great day of fun, food, and fellowship!

Asa looks like a different adorable boy. When did he grow? I must have blinked because he was just a chubby little baby and now he looks like a little boy!!

I love that park. It reminds me of one of our favorites in Northern California~ fun times~
