Mayan Writing

This is another book we have been reading this week to help us learn more about ancient Mexico. My friend, Candi, sent me a link to a site that sold pendants that you could order with your name written in Mayan writing. I put our names in the system and printed them out for the children to trace and we made necklaces for them. I made a pendant for each person in our home below:
