A friend of mine started up the Baton Rouge Homeschool Choir this Fall in our area. We decided to let our children who were old enough to participate join to help support this great program. The choir is for 2nd grade through 12th grade. You have the First Edition choir which is composed of 2nd graders through 5th graders. Then, you have Lyrical Measures who are students in 6th grade through 12th grade. Not only do they have one hour of choir but they also have a music theory class each week. After the 12 week semester, the children have a performance.
